SHIPPING POLICY

At Parker's Flame Candle Co, we strive to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and cost-effective manner. All of our candles are hand poured and made with 100% soy wax, so please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing and shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination, and will be displayed at checkout. We currently offer shipping within the United States only. EXCHANGE POLICY

At Parker's Flame Candle Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once we receive your return, we will send out a replacement, as per your request.
